The USC Village is a 1,200,000 SF mixed-use residential and retail development for the University of Southern California. The project encompassed 6 distinct buildings located on a 15 acre urban site. The 2,700-bed extension of the University Park campus was designed in the collegiate gothic architectural style, while incorporating the trademark USC red brick facade. Extensive site and infrastructure improvements were also included.
