The Biological Sciences Building Unit 3 is a 150,000 SF structure, including sophisticated research and clinical labs, and a 400-seat lecture hall. This project is LEED Gold certified.

 The Sue & Bill Gross Stem Cell Research Center is a 4-story, 100,000 SF building that provides space for dozens of laboratory-based and clinical researchers, a stem cell techniques course, a master’s program in biotechnology with an emphasis on stem cell research, and programs and activities for patients and public education. This project is LEED Platinum certified.

The Social and Behavioral Science Building is a 5-story reinforced concrete structure with developed interiors and an articulated concrete, stone and glass facade. The building includes research laboratories and academic/administrative office space for the Schools of Social Sciences and Social Ecology. This project is LEED Platinum certified.
