The Biological Sciences Building Unit 3 is a 150,000sqft structure, including sophisticated research and clinical labs, and a 400-seat lecture hall. This project is designed, built and credited for LEED Gold certification.

The Sue & Bill Gross Stem Cell Research Center is a four-story, 100,000sqft building that provides space for dozens of laboratory-based and clinical researchers, a stem cell techniques course, a master’s program in biotechnology with an emphasis on stem cell research, and programs and activities for patients and public education. This project is certified LEED Platinum.

The Social and Behavioral Science Building is a five-story reinforced concrete structure with developed interiors and an articulated concrete, stone and glass facade. The building includes research laboratories and academic/administrative office space for the Schools of Social Sciences and Social Ecology. This project is certified LEED Platinum.
