Quince Restaurant Remodel

Location:

San Francisco, CA

Client:

Quince

Architect:

Heller Manus Architects

Project size:

9,800 sqft

Date Completed:

2014

Quince restaurant remodel is completed, and Quince is open for business. Based on the renovations and their revised menus, the restaurant is in the process of trying to achieve a Michelin 3 rating. The gourmet kitchen was reconfigured, while the very expensive central ovens stayed in place while a structural renovation was completed above. The bar and all underground utilities were relocated, as was the main restaurant entrance. The main dining room was remodeled with higher end finishes and custom millwork banquettes.

HDCCo’s construction schedule was only 7 weeks from close of business until reopening of business.
