The new Physical Sciences & Engineering Center at Foothill College was awarded "Best Green Project/Most Innovated Design (Public)" by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Designed by Ratcliff Architects, the project incorporates the campus's Pacific-style architecture on the exterior and a sleek, "hip," interior inspired by tech giants in the Valley.

Engineering News-Record's 2013 Top 100 Green Contractors list was recently published, ranking Hathaway Dinwiddie as the 18th greenest contractor in the U.S. and the 3rd greenest contractor in California. ENR has recognized Hathaway Dinwiddie on its Top Lists many times, including 2013's Top 100 Contractors.

On November 7th, 50 United Nations Plaza reopened after Hathaway Dinwiddie's extensive renovations were completed. San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee and U.S. Representative Nancy Pelosi cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the building, which was constructed to achieve a LEED Platinum certification.
