President and CEO
Greg is ultimately responsible for Hathaway Dinwiddie’s performance. He develops and facilitates the organization’s programs, policies, standards and procedures consistent with the company’s objectives. Greg brings over thirty-five years’ of experience in the construction industry, having spent the majority of that time with Hathaway Dinwiddie. Before becoming our CEO, Greg served as Project Executive of the landmark Getty Center project, Senior Vice President in Charge of the Los Angeles office, and Senior Project Manager and Project Executive on several company projects in San Francisco.
David A. Lee
Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer
David is responsible for executive support of Hathaway Dinwiddie’s three regional offices and its corporate support function. Working closely with the President and CEO, David provides leadership and management to ensure that all operational and administrative resources are in place to meet the needs of the company and its clients. David has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Carpenters Trust Funds Administrative Office.
Gordon D. Smith
Senior Vice President, San Francisco Region
With over 30 years of construction experience, Gordon leads our San Francisco Division. He is responsible for business development, quality improvement and controls, and the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Stephen W. McCoid
Executive Vice President
Stephen is responsible and accountable for Hathaway Dinwiddie's Santa Clara operations, and the leadership, management and administration of corporate functions and divisional senior executives. As a member of our Board of Directors, he is also responsible for the company’s strategic direction. Stephen has been instrumental in the evolution and functionality of Hathaway Dinwiddie’s internal information management systems, and has built custom reporting systems for many projects.
Stephen E. Smith
Senior Vice President/General Manager
Stephen is responsible for the overall performance of Hathaway-Dinwiddie’s Southern California operations. He provides management oversight for all of that division’s functions, and monitors all projects administration and operations. He also serves as a Project Executive on select major projects.
